I was pretty good at the beadstore. Really. I only bought three extra strands besides what I went to go get. They had some purple goldstone, which I adore, and which I am coincidentally out of, so I got a strand of these. And I also got 2 strands of a beautiful blue faceted aquamarine, and have nefarious plans for them already.
With blue on the mind, here's today's creation, with a focal piece of an antique pocketwatch spring, strung with cobalt blue glass beads and brass, along with matching earrings.

I really like it ! The look of an antique with an industrial drop at the center.
I could write a whole book about "being good at the bead store." I may have popped into Michael's on my way home from work on Friday and I may have spent a little too much of my paycheck . . . But enough about that. I really like this set. Your pieces are always consistently elegant.
